These terms apply to quotations, orders and work carried out by Selasar Woodworks Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202001015532 (1378204-K)). Placing an order confirms you accept them.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the measurements, materials and specification agreed at the time. They stay valid for 30 days. If the scope changes after work begins, we will confirm any cost difference with you in writing before proceeding.
Deposits and payment
A deposit confirms your slot in our workshop schedule and covers initial materials. The balance is due on completion, before or at installation, unless a staged plan is agreed in writing. We will always itemise what you are paying for.
Timelines
We give realistic timelines and work hard to meet them. Dates can shift for reasons outside our control — late access to site, hardware lead times or approved changes to the design — and we will keep you informed if they do.
Site and access
Please ensure the installation area is clear and accessible on the agreed date, with power available. Final measurements are taken on site; walls and floors that are out of true may require minor scribing, which is part of a proper fit.
Workmanship warranty
Our commissions carry an extended workmanship warranty covering faults in construction under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations, or the natural movement and colour change of timber over time.
Ownership
Goods remain our property until paid for in full. Designs and drawings we produce remain our intellectual property and may not be passed to another maker without our consent.
